Our commitment
I want this website to be welcoming and usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. I am working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological needs.
What I'm doing
Steps I take to keep this site accessible include:
- Using clear, descriptive headings and structured page layouts so screen readers can navigate easily
- Providing meaningful alt text for images that convey information
- Maintaining sufficient color contrast for body text and key interactive elements
- Designing forms with clear labels and helpful error messages
- Making sure interactive elements are reachable and operable using a keyboard alone
- Reducing motion and parallax effects automatically when a visitor's operating system requests reduced motion
- Reviewing the site periodically and updating as I learn of new ways to improve
Known limitations
This is a small business website that I improve over time. Some content I link to (such as the live home search hosted on jengallaway.kw.com or third-party program pages) is controlled by other organizations, and I cannot guarantee its accessibility. If you run into a barrier on a third-party page I've linked to, please let me know and I will help you get the information another way.
Need help? Want to report a problem?
If you have trouble using any part of this site, or you'd like information from this site provided in a different format (large print, plain text, read aloud, etc.), please contact me. I will respond as quickly as I can, typically within two business days, and provide the information you need in a format you can use:

If you'd like to share specific feedback on accessibility, please include the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what got in the way. The more detail you can share, the faster I can fix it.
Fair housing and equal opportunity
I am committed to compliance with the Federal Fair Housing Act, California's Fair Employment and Housing Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. I do not discriminate based on disability or any other class protected under federal or California law in any aspect of my real estate services. If you need a reasonable accommodation to view a home, communicate during a transaction, or participate in any service I offer, please tell me and I will do my best to make it work.
