The home search feature on this Site links to listings hosted on jengallaway.kw.com, my Keller Williams agent platform, which pulls listings from Multiple Listing Service (MLS) data. MLS listings are provided by listing brokers and are believed accurate but are not guaranteed. Properties are subject to prior sale, change, or withdrawal without notice. The Site is not a substitute for the official MLS or the relevant listing broker.
Square footage, lot size, room counts, and similar property details shown anywhere on this Site (including on linked MLS listings) are believed accurate but are not guaranteed and may differ from actual measurements. Buyers should independently verify all such information through their own inspection, public records, a licensed surveyor, or a qualified appraiser before relying on it for any decision to purchase, finance, insure, or value a property.
6. Down payment assistance and special programs
References to programs such as CalHFA, MyHome Assistance, Teacher Next Door, Good Neighbor Next Door, Homes for Heroes, Hero Home Loans, or any first responder, teacher, or veteran program are provided as general information. Eligibility requirements, funding availability, terms, and conditions vary and change frequently. If we eventually work together, I will provide and explain the appropriate written disclosures before any agency relationship begins.
9a. Buyer representation agreements
Effective August 17, 2024, real estate professionals working with home buyers in California are generally required to enter into a written buyer representation agreement before showing properties. If you choose to work with me as a buyer, we will discuss and sign an appropriate written buyer representation agreement, which will spell out the services I will provide and how I will be compensated, before I show you homes. Nothing on this Site is a promise to show you any specific property without that written agreement in place.
9b. Megan's Law notice
Notice: Pursuant to Section 290.46 of the California Penal Code, information about specified registered sex offenders is made available to the public via an Internet Web site maintained by the Department of Justice at meganslaw.ca.gov. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sonoma County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

18. Severability
